Location in downtown Moab is excellent. Easy to walk to most everything in town. Room is quite basic. Fine for sleeping and a little TV, but not a place to hang out.

This is a old roadside type motel that the owners have refurbished. It's clean and updated, we had good parking. Somehow I ended up reserving the only room with double queen beds. The location is great, it's walking distance to everything in downtown Moab. We'll definitely stay here again.
