Kali is a lifelong Moab local with over 25 years of experience in hospitality management and real estate. As a licensed Realtor and investment property specialist, she brings expert knowledge of the Moab market, short-term rental regulations, and income-producing properties.

Her passion lies in helping guests experience the best of Moab while assisting property owners in maximizing their investment returns. Kali’s background in team leadership, sales, and vacation rental design ensures every property is professionally presented, strategically marketed, and carefully managed.

Josh Bisco

Owner | General Contractor

Josh is a lifelong Moab local, business owner, and skilled builder specializing in service, repairs, and property remodels. His hands-on experience in construction and property improvement allows Moab Utah Properties to offer a higher level of care and maintenance than traditional property managers.
