Quilt, shams, and bath mat not washed between stays. The air conditioner was covered with dirt and black stuff on the filter. So noisy in the room . You can hear low talking from the adjacent rooms plus the shower, toilet flushing and any moving around. No paper towels or Kleenex. . I called to complain and the host got us a clean quilt because there was no blanket on the bed and clean pillow cases for the shams plus paper towels and toilet paper. The counters were actually black with soot that I wiped off. No place to hang any clothes. The chairs, table and our front door were covered with dust.
