This cute, clean little motel is a great value. It's much nicer than it looks in the photos. It's within two blocks of the best restaurants in Moab, plus the food truck park and the central ball fields. If you're in town for a festival or concert, this would be perfect. We liked that we could walk to several different breakfast places. There are clean little grills outside and a patio area. These grills had cooking implements. The beds are comfortable, the shower pressure was good and the water was hot. Parking was immediately outside our doorway.Unfortunately, it's along one of the main streets used by the off-road tours heading out of town so there's a constant parade starting early in the morning. The walls aren't the thickest either but the host has quiet hours (I wish more of other properties would do that). The room is a bit overstuffed to accommodate the two queen beds and a toaster oven. The microwave and fridge were attached to the wall. There weren't any eating or cooking utensils which makes sense as you wouldn't want guests washing those in the bathroom sink.We stayed here one night. Check in was easy and keyless and our room was even available early. Communication with the host was excellent. We only had one issue — a small leak in the bathroom — and received a response quickly.I prefer apartments to motel rooms but I'd prefer this to an actual motel. We knew what it was when we booked it. It's simply not enough space for us.

Clean and convenient but price was high for a simple, no-frills hotel room to just catch some sleep. Walls were thin enough we could hear the person in the room next door coughing for the first hour we were trying to sleep.

Great stay overall and at a prime location. Only thing I would say needs improvement are some of the "clanking" noises by the a/c equipment. Made somewhat difficult sleeping at night.
